Our Menus Explained

Smalls Kitchen meal prep works weekly and operates from a 6 week rotating menu.

Each week there are 4 dishes and you add your protein, choosing from tofu, king prawns, fillet of salmon or shredded chicken breast. There is also the main menu to choose from – 2 fish dishes, 2 beef dishes, 2 chicken dishes + 1 fakeaway a week.

All dishes are 100% gluten free.

Protein balls are available weekly to accompany your meal prep and help with that sweet tooth craving!

Order by Thursday 8pm and have your order delivered to you or you collect the following Monday.
